Her experience includes predevelopment, new construction lease-ups, mid-rise, garden, senior living, and affordable Section 42 projects which in turn has given her vast knowledge in all aspects of property management.

Sheila's responsibilities include leading property managers, monitoring property performance, compliance, and developing property-specific strategies to ensure owner goals and objectives are achieved.
