Amanda Tuero

Owner / CEO

Amanda is the owner of Amanda’s Enterprises Inc. and a seasoned Financial Accountant at CJM Development, bringing nearly 19 years of experience in property accounting. She joined the team in October 2008, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial management and a keen eye for detail.  

A graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2003), Amanda knew from a young age that accounting was her calling. She has been working in the field since graduating from high school, and her dedication to the profession is evident in her work.  

In her current role, Amanda is responsible for reconciling bank statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements are sent to owners and lenders, and approving refunds. She also plays a key role in audits, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and posting them to the accounting system.
